Healthy eating is one of the most important things parents can do for their family’s health and is key to success at school. A healthy breakfast, snacks and meals throughout the day helps children concentrate, be more alert and creative, and more physically active.  For snack and lunch ideas, download the Recipe Helper App http://www.heartandstroke.ca/mobileapps.asp?media=mobileapps .
