The 'I got you, Egg' Sandwich

Ingredients: 
  • 2 slices Healthy Way™ 100% Whole Wheat Loaf
  • 1 tsp (95 mL) soft non-hydrogenated margarine
  • 1/4 English cucumber, peeled, sliced very thin
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, peeled, sliced very thin
  • Handful of fresh mint sprigs 
  • Pinch of pepper
Directions: 

Spread the 2 slices of Healthy Way™ with margarine. On one piece, place the English cucumber slices.

Top with the hard-boiled egg slices and fresh mint sprigs. Season with pepper. Place the other piece of Healthy Way™ bread on top.
 
Slice and serve
