Ingredients: 
  • 2 slices Dempsters WholeGrains 12 Grain bread
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) prepared hummus
  • 3 to 4 slices each cucumber, red onion rings, sweet pepper and tomato
Directions: 

Spread hummus on bread slice. Arrange vegetables on top. Top with second bread slice as desired.

Serving suggestions: Top with fresh herbs.
