Kim Arrey

Hello,  My name is Kim. I am a registered dietitian who has worked in private practice for over 20 years.

Over this time I have had the opportunity to become acquainted with thousands of Canadians. Over the years I have found that many of the questions people ask are similar, and most of these center around how to make healthier food choices. My passion has been to convey to my clients that food is the source of good health, helping people realize that great tasting food can also be healthy, and that making small changes to our eating habits over time, will add up to a healthier more energized body. I am convinced the key to making healthier food choices depends on having the tools available to be able to compare the foods available and being able to identify the healthiest choices. By thinking outside the box and working with each individual we can find a way to bring good nutrition to everyone. Being involved with Health Check is a way for me to reach more people and help them learn how the program can help them to make healthy, tasty food choices. I am looking forward to being able to continue assisting Canadians in making the best food choices that they can.
