Check out our New Healthy Eating Tips developed by the Heart and Stroke Foundation’s Dietitians to help Canadians eat a healthier diet. They’re available for everyone to use.  Below you will find quick and easy tips on topics such as “Fibre,” “Healthy Weight,” “Portion Sizes,” “Healthy Fats,” plus more.

    Weekly Meal Planning - Tip 10

    Make at least half your grain products whole grain each day. A serving = 1 slice of bread, 1/2 bagel or tortilla, 1/2 a cup of whole-grain pasta or brown rice, 30 g of cereal or 3/4 cup of oatmeal.
