New Health Check Campaign PSAs available

Canadians can improve their health by making healthy food choices.  You can help!

For most Canadians, making healthy food choices can be confusing, especially when you consider the number of conflicting messages they see everyday.  The Heart and Stroke Foundation's Health Check program has the credibility that consumers look for when they buy food. The symbol on a food package tells consumers it's a healthy choice.

Our multimedia public education campaign has three elements:  Television, Radio and Print PSAs   It is a humourous look at a grocery shopper who gets help from a group of dietitians in the grocery store.  The overall theme of the campaign is:  "When you choose foods with the Heart and Stroke Foundation Health Check symbol, it's like shopping with their dietitians.

By playing our TV or radio PSA or publishing our print PSA you can play a critical role in helping Canadians improve their health through healthy food choices.

For more information on our PSA campaign and to receive a copy of either the TV, radio or print PSA in your choice of format, please contact Danielle Côté at dfcote@bkthealth.com or at 613-565-5600.
