Health Check is available to all companies that sell food in Canada. There are three requirements for companies to become involved:

• That nutrient criteria exist for the food category in question.
• That the food meets the nutrient criteria.
• That the company applies for inclusion, completes the certification process and pays the Licensing Fee.
