Heart Truth

Health CheckTM is the Heart and Stroke Foundation's food information program. The not-for-profit program is open to food companies and restaurants who voluntarily submit products or menu items to be evaluated by our registered dietitians. Companies and restaurants must earn the right to display the Health Check symbol by meeting the program's nutrient standards.

Following a healthy and well balanced diet is one of the most important things you can do to achieve overall health. The Heart and Stoke Foundation and Health Check encourage you  to take an active role in your health.  In this website, you'll find tools and information developed by the Foundation's dietitians to help you make informed choices about your health in the areas of healthy eating and physical activity.
