Meal Preparation - Tip 9

Add milk or fortified soy beverage to your meals. One cup of milk provides 100 IU of Vitamin D. Vitamin D is needed to absorb calcium. For many of us (aged 1 to 50 years old) that is 50% of our daily requirement.
