Next time you're in one of our participating restaurants, look for the Health Check symbol on the menu. When you spot the Health Check symbol, you'll know you're making a healthy choice. Meal Preparation - Tip 6

Use healthy unsaturated fat such as olive or canola oil for stir frying and sautéing instead of saturated fats like butter, lard and bacon drippings.
