Here's my tip: Eat food grown as local as possible not only will it be healthier its a global green choice.
Cook stir frys as a way to encourage eating fresh vegetables - don't use oil though, use a squirt of water in a non stick wok or large frying pan and forget the oil. Tastes great!
Get outside everyday. Even a fifteen minute walk can make a big difference.
We divide our plate into quarters and place 1/2 of the plate with vegetables, 1/4 protein and 1/4 carbohydrates. Pepper is our favorite spice and olive oil/vinegar dressings replace heavy salad dressings.
